Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across multiple locations in Germany, UAE, and Luxembourg.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, and service contracts for facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-14 years of experience in facility management or related field.
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
• Proficient in facility management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
