We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Internal Audit team/IFC

team. This role involves reviewing financial and operational data, conducting in-depth analyses,

preparing audit reports, and identifying key issues or discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a high level of accuracy,

and a proactive approach to risk identification and control improvement. This position offers the

opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the enhancement of internal controls, compliance, and

organizational efficiency.

Key skills

  • Ability to work under the supervision of a Manager/In-charge and ensure timely reporting

  • to the designated reporting authority.

  • Ability to work strictly within defined scopes while maintaining flexibility to adapt to

  • changing audit scopes or evolving business needs.

  • Ready to extend working hours, whenever required, to support the timely finalization of

  • monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  • Willing to travel and work at client locations as per business requirements.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple audits, projects, or

  • assignments simultaneously.

  • Effective team collaboration and coordination with process owners to seek clarifications

  • in a polite and professional manner.

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the business without any delays.

Best To Have

  • Accounting, Financial & Taxation Knowledge:

  • Basic accounting skills

  • Familiarity with general ledger, trial balance, and journal entries

  • Knowledge of reviewing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory, etc.

  • Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation compliances (GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC etc)

Software & Tools:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint for report preparation and presentations

Communication & Reporting

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to draft clear, concise audit findings and actionable recommendations.
