We are urgently hiring a Desktop Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for desktop systems and assist users with IT-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Assist users with IT-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with desktop hardware, laptops, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
