Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, technically strong, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a CRM & ERP Finance P2P Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in client relationship management along with a strong understanding of finance operations, especially Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within ERP systems.

This role requires a combination of customer handling, system expertise, and financial process knowledge to ensure smooth business operations and excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client communication and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

  • Handle and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) effectively.

  • Provide support for ERP Finance P2P processes including requisition, purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor payments.

  • Monitor client engagement, respond to queries, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, and IT teams for seamless operations.

  • Maintain and update vendor and client master data in CRM/ERP systems.

  • Track invoices, payments, and ensure timely processing within ERP.

  • Analyze client and financial data to generate reports, MIS, and dashboards.

  • Follow up for renewals, payments, and new business opportunities.

  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.

  • Support month-end closing activities and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration / IT or related field.

  • 1-4 years of experience in CRM, client handling, or ERP Finance (P2P Support) roles.

  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and client lifecycle management.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced IT environment.

  • Good understanding of financial workflows and data handling.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment cycles.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

  • Exposure to lead management, campaign tracking, and customer segmentation.

  • Team player with a proactive, customer-first approach.
