We are hiring for the Banca Channel of a leading Life Insurance Company, working with Bandhan Bank.

Position: Banca Relationship Manager / Branch Relationship Manager

Locations: Agar, Bhanpura, Khargone, Indore, Bhopal, Shivpuri, Sehore, Bijapur, Kondagaon & Ambikapur

Experience: 0.6 to 3 Years in Life Insurance, Banking, CASA, BFSI, Bancassurance or Banking Sales

Age: 21 to 38 Years

CTC: ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA

Indore Vacancies: 20

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Life Insurance business through Bandhan Bank branches.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Generate leads through branch referrals and customer interactions.
• Explain insurance products and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful insurance policies.
• Provide proper customer service and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with branch teams to maximize business opportunities.
