About the Role
We are urgently hiring an experienced Accounts Executive for our Delhi location. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting processes and be capable of independently handling day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Accounting)
- Manage complete accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of books
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank reconciliation & vendor reconciliation
- GST computation, return filing & compliance
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
- Coordination with auditors for statutory and internal audits
- Maintaining proper documentation and accounting records
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
What We Are Looking For
- 25 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Experience in Tally / ERP / Accounting Software
- Good understanding of Indian accounting standards
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
Technical Skills Required
- Good command over MS Office
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis, etc.)
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Semi-Qualified / CA Dropout candidates are also eligible
- Candidate must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year (no long leave plans preferred)
