Urgent: Cook (6 workdays per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily kitchen prep, ingredient cutting, and station setup.
• Fry core Zi Char staples (fried rice, hor fun, stir-fried vegetables/meats).
• Cover the main wok/Head Cook on their off-days.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food quality, and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen, PR only.
• Prior experience as a Zi Char2nd cook or senior kitchen helper
• Able to handle fast-paced coffee shop kitchen environment
