• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.
• Support audit, tax, GST, SGX and REIT regulatory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, trustees,property managers and internal stakeholders.
