Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Recruit, train and maintain an agent team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduation/12th pass can also apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Local Candidate hire first.
  • Must have own bike and valid Driving License
