Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Urdu Teacher specializing in the Bihar Board curriculum, based in Patna. The Urdu Teacher will design and deliver well-structured lesson plans, teach Classes 8–10 students in alignment with the Bihar Board syllabus, and cater to diverse learning needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting engaging lessons, assessing student progress, addressing their challenges, and collaborating with the academic team to ensure a high standard in education delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Strong skills in Education and subject matter expertise in Urdu
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience and competency in Teaching and Training students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning needs
- Bachelor's degree in Urdu or Education (Master's preferred)
- Prior experience teaching for the Bihar Board is a plus
