Title: Urban Designer

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and contribute to urban design and master planning projects for luxury resorts and mixed-use townships.

. Develop conceptual design frameworks, including spatial layouts, public realm strategies, streetscapes, and built-form guidelines.

. Create high-quality urban design proposals, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual narratives that communicate design intent clearly.

. Design and detail public spaces, pedestrian networks, waterfronts, plazas, and resort landscapes with a focus on user experience and luxury positioning.

. Translate planning strategies into detailed urban design guidelines, including faade controls, massing studies, and development codes.

. Collaborate closely with architects, landscape consultants, infrastructure engineers, and branding teams to ensure cohesive and integrated design outcomes.

. Conduct site analysis, context studies, and benchmarking against global best practices in luxury developments.

. Prepare and deliver client presentations, design reports, and marketing-ready visuals.

. Ensure designs align with local regulations, sustainability principles, and environmental considerations.

Job Expectations:

Required Experience

Proven experience in:

o Luxury resort developments

o Large-scale mixed-use townships

. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design output and visualization skills.

. Experience working with leading real estate developers, international consultants, or reputed design firms is highly preferred.

. Exposure to premium/luxury segment projects is essential.

Software & Technical Skills:

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard tools used by top-tier global design firms:

Design & Drafting

. AutoCAD

. Revit

. SketchUp (advanced, with plugins)

. Lumion / Twinmotion / Enscape

. V-Ray (for high-quality rendering)

. Grasshopper (for parametric urban design workflows)

. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

. ArcGIS / QGIS

. Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

. Familiarity with AI-based visualization tools and emerging design technologies is a plus

. Strong urban design sensibility and aesthetic judgment, especially for luxury environments

. Excellent visual communication skills

. Ability to work across concept to detailed design stages

. Strong understanding of human-scale design, placemaking, and experiential environments

. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and climate-responsive planning

. High level of attention to detail and design consistency

. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmen

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in urban design and master planning. .
