Responsibilities
The Urban Designer (Senior Manager) will be responsible for:
- Leading urban design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and urban planners to integrate design elements seamlessly.
- Conducting site evaluations, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform design decisions.
- Developing innovative design concepts that prioritize sustainability, community engagement, and user experience.
- Engaging with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure project alignment with regulations and community needs.
- Presenting design proposals to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
- Overseeing the implementation of design plans, conducting site visits, and providing guidance to on-site teams.
- Continuously staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in urban design.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in urban design, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in Urban Design within the Real Estate industry.
Excellence in AutoCAD, Sketchup Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software and MS Office. Knowledge of GIS and Traffic simulation
