Do you dream of sharing the real Delhi with travellers while creating meaningful, memorable experiences As an Urban Adventures Company Representative with Intrepid, you'll be the face of our day tours, bringing local stories and culture to life while ensuring every trip runs safely and successfully!

As a UA Company Representative, you will:

• Be the face of Intrepid and provide exceptional customer service – whether it's guiding a morning market exploration, organizing a hands-on craft workshop or arranging a home-cooked meal with a local family, you'll create unforgettable moments for our travellers!
• Host, lead and operate Urban Adventures trips in and around Delhi, following approved itineraries, company guidelines and operational requirements.
• Share local knowledge, stories and travel advice that help travellers connect more deeply with the destination.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of your travelers, assisting with any difficult situations that may arise.
  
  

To be considered you must have:

• Previous experience in tour leading, guiding, hospitality, tourism or similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with various individuals and groups.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally one other local language (the more the better!)
• Basic computer skills including emailing and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with travelling within Delhi NCR region, with a passion for travel in the Intrepid style.
  
  

What you need to know:

• This is a freelance contract position, offering flexibility in when and how you work.
• Availability during busy travel periods is essential.
• With extended hours, lots of walking and activities, and engaging with travelers, it's important that you are prepared both mentally and physically for the challenge!
