Role Description The Upwork Specialist will manage Zenauf's presence and performance on Upwork, with responsibility for identifying relevant projects, preparing tailored proposals, and maintaining a strong win rate. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, optimizing profile content and portfolios, tracking bids and conversions, and coordinating with internal teams to gather case studies and service details. The role involves communicating with prospects, setting up discovery calls, maintaining accurate records of opportunities, and providing regular performance reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, working closely with marketing and operations teams to align Upwork activities with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Upwork platform management, including profile optimization, proposal creation, and project pipeline tracking.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-quality opportunities and assess client requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, persuasive proposals and professional client interactions.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content, or PR services to accurately represent Zenauf's offerings.
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage time independently.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Prior experience in freelance marketplace bidding (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) or sales support is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
