Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Upwork sales: Lead identification, Proposal writing & bidding, deal closure
- Identify relevant projects and write high-conversion proposals
- Coordinate with delivery teams on scope, pricing, & timelines
- Engage with international clients and close deals
