We are a fast-growing video ads editing agency and we're looking for an experienced Upwork Sales/Bidding Specialist who can help us win high-quality projects consistently.
We are NOT looking for someone who sends random bulk proposals. We want someone who understands strategy, targeting, personalization, and high-value outreach.
If you have experience winning projects for creative agencies - You're the one we want.
Responsibilities:
- Search daily for video ads editing, Facebook ads editing, TikTok/ Reels editing, VSL editing, promo video editing-related jobs
- Follow our qualification rules
- Conduct relevant Job search and write tailored proposals using our structure
- Send relevant work samples
- Track responses and Optimize proposal quality
- Convert replies in calls and closed projects
- Respond to client inquiries received via email and WhatsApp.
Requirements :
- Proven experience winning projects on Upwork
- Strong English writing skills
- Ability to understand client needs and personalise proposals
- Fast communication (must response within 1-2 hours max)
- Experience in creative domain
- Knowledge of video editing industry (Bonus)
