About the Role

We are looking for a motivatedUpwork Bidding Expertto join our Pune office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in writing persuasive proposals, identifying high-value projects, and converting leads into successful deals on platforms likeUpwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the tech service industry and can represent our brand with confidence and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant jobs onUpwork and other freelance portalsdaily.
• Writecustom, high-converting proposalstailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain a consistentpipeline of qualified leads and follow-ups.
• Track, analyze, and improve proposal conversion rates.
• Communicate effectively with clients during the pre-sales process.

Requirements

• 13 years of proven experience inUpwork or similar bidding platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services
• Ability to identify client pain points and pitch suitable solutions.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
