Job Description

Location: Remote (Work From Home – India)

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM IST (Monday to Saturday | 5.5 Days Working)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000/month (Based on experience and skillset)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Upwork Bidding & IT Sales Experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Bidder / Upwork Bidder

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Upwork

bidding, client acquisition, lead generation, and IT sales, with the ability to convert

opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru,

PeoplePerHour, and other freelancing platforms.

  • Write customized, compelling, and winning proposals based on client

requirements.

  • Generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Communicate with prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with international clients.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope, solutions, timelines,

and estimations.

  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project requirements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

systems.

  • Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry

trends.

  • Generate business through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and

referrals.

  • Prepare business reports and sales activity updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and IT business development.
  • Strong hands-on experience working on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good understanding of software development services, mobile applications, web development, SaaS products, AI solutions, and digital transformation services.
  • Experience in proposal writing, requirement gathering, and client management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable working morning shifts (2:00 AM – 10:00 AM IST).
  • Experience dealing with international clients will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
  • Experience with email outreach and cold prospecting.
  • Understanding of project estimation and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with startup and enterprise clients.
