Job description : Digitex is looking for a Full- time Upwork Bidder who can join our Team of experts and enhance our client experience.
- Manage and optimize our official Upwork profile for maximum visibility and credibility.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects across web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing categories.
- Write compelling, tailored proposals that highlight our expertise and align with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables for accurate proposal submissions.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics related to bidding and conversion rates.
Required Candidate profile :1.Proven experience in winning projects on Upwork in the IT services domain.
- Strong portfolio of successful proposals and closed deals on Upwork.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a persuasive and client-focused approach.
- Solid understanding of website development, mobile applications, and digital marketing services.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly client acquisition targets.
- Knowledge of Upwork's algorithms, bidding strategies, and client engagement best practices.
