Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Upwork Bidder & PeoplePerHour (PPH) Specialist for IT Services. The role involves identifying suitable projects on platforms such as Upwork and PPH, carefully reviewing client requirements, and crafting tailored proposals that highlight Earningzen's services and strengths. The specialist will manage and optimize bidding strategies, maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities, and follow up with prospects to nurture conversations into qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include writing clear and persuasive proposals, coordinating with internal sales and delivery teams to understand capabilities and pricing, and tracking performance metrics such as bid conversions and win rates. The role also includes maintaining professional communication with clients, attending internal review meetings, and providing feedback to improve service positioning and marketplace profiles.

Qualifications

  • Strong proposal writing, business communication, and client-facing skills for platforms like Upwork and PeoplePerHour.
  • Experience in online bidding, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for IT, marketing, or service-based businesses.
  • Ability to research projects and clients, analyze requirements, and align proposals with service offerings and pricing.
  • Proficiency with freelance marketplaces, CRM or tracking tools, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with attention to detail, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant marketplace bidding experience is highly preferred.
