Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated UPSC Teacher for a full-time, on-site role for all the subjects at our Chennai location. The teacher will design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, provide instruction tailored to UPSC curriculum, mentor students in their preparation journey, and monitor their progress to achieve success. Collaboration with the education team to enhance training modules and provide guidance aligned with our mission will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development for the UPSC syllabus
• Strong background and expertise in Education and a deep understanding of academic content
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Teaching and mentoring students
• Skills in conducting Training sessions and workshops with clear, engaging delivery
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Humanities, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in UPSC coaching is highly desirable
• Dedication to fostering a positive learning environment
