Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UPS Sales Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The UPS Sales Engineer will focus on promoting and selling uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and related solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, delivering technical support, and providing tailored solutions. The role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and deep technical understanding of UPS systems and solutions.
• Experience in customer-focused roles, including Sales and Customer Service, to effectively communicate product value and address client needs.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in the marine or industrial engineering sector is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, in a team environment, and independently as needed to meet client and project requirements.
