We are seeking a skilled UPHILL / DOWNHILL WELDER to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing welding tasks on various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform uphill and downhill welding tasks on various metal structures and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Ensure high-quality welds by adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in welding, specifically in uphill and downhill techniques.
- Proficient in the use of welding machines and tools such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding equipment.
- Strong understanding of welding processes and materials, including metals and alloys.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to welding operations.
- Certification in welding from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
