KAVACH is a non-profit initiative focused on empowering children and women through mandatory self-defense and civil defense training in schools. Responding to alarming statistics around child and women safety, KAVACH emphasizes preparedness, awareness, and confidence-building over fear. Its mission is to standardize 30 minutes of safety training in schools to foster safer communities and build a more resilient generation. KAVACH believes in equality by advocating for the empowerment of all children and advancing its movement as a shared societal responsibility.

This is a full-time remote role for an Unpaid On-Camera Content Creator. In this position, you will be the face of Kavach's mission, delivering impactful messages and content that promote child and women safety initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and presenting engaging video content, working closely with the content and social media team to develop scripts, raising awareness about self-defense and civil defense training, and promoting KAVACH's mission through various online platforms.

• On-camera presence, public speaking skills, and script reading abilities
• Content creation experience, including video scripting and storytelling
• Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for audience engagement
• Passion for advocacy, child safety, and promoting gender equality
• Creative thinking and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• A basic understanding of self-defense or safety education is a plus
• Experience in non-profit or advocacy initiatives is an added advantage
