Role Description This is an unpaid, on-site Marketing Internship role based in Kanpur. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with market research, collecting and organizing customer and competitor data, and helping to develop basic marketing materials and campaigns for pet products. Responsibilities may include supporting social media content creation, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and helping to prepare presentations, product catalogs, and promotional materials. The intern will also assist in maintaining marketing databases, tracking campaign metrics under supervision, and participating in team meetings to share insights and suggestions. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to marketing in a manufacturing and export-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct basic Market Research and support the development of Marketing Strategy under guidance.
- Interest in Sales and marketing activities, with a willingness to learn how to support lead generation and client outreach.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic online tools; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for the pet products or manufacturing sector and openness to learning about export-oriented business operations.
