Job Description

Provide deployment, installation, configuration, and production support for enterprise applications.
Work extensively on Linux/Unix environments for system administration, patch deployment, and shell scripting.
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases, including troubleshooting and performance debugging using SQL scripts.
Administer and support application servers, primarily JBOSS, ensuring stability and availability.
Handle production support activities with focus on meeting SLA requirements and ensuring quick issue resolution.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting of application and system-level issues in collaboration with customers and R&D teams.
Work with monitoring and support tools such as QTP, OVO, SiteScope, and AppPulse for application monitoring and customization.
Support FTP server setup, cloud portal configuration, and system integrations.
Analyze Java/J2EE application logs for identifying root cause issues and supporting technical resolution.
Ensure effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and system stability.
Quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies to support evolving application landscapes.
