Job Summary

The ETL Developer is responsible for managing data workflows using UNIX shell scripting, PL/SQL programming, and scheduling jobs via Control-M. This role ensures the smooth extraction, transformation, and loading of data across various systems and supports operational stability in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL scripts using UNIX shell scripting and PL/SQL
• Schedule and monitor batch jobs using Control-M
• Analyze and troubleshoot data load issues and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with database administrators, business analysts, and QA teams
• Document workflows, job dependencies, and data processes
• Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations
• Ensure adherence to data quality and governance standards
• Optimize SQL queries for performance improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UNIX shell scripting and PL/SQL development
• Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling tool
• Solid understanding of database concepts and performance tuning
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
