Job Description

Role Objective

To support the Registrar's Office in executing academic governance processes, maintaining accurate student records, and ensuring compliance and

efficient academic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle institutional and university registration documentation, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Maintain and manage academic records including student enrollment data, grading sheets, and completion status
  • Coordinate and update grading documentation in alignment with academic and assessment teams
  • Verify and validate marks, transcripts, and grading records before finalization
  • Manage certification processes, including eligibility checks, documentation validation, and issuance support
  • Maintain structured and audit-ready academic documentation and records repository
  • Ensure all processes adhere to defined academic policies and compliance requirements
  • Work on LMS and internal systems to update and track academic data accurately
  • Identify discrepancies in records and coordinate corrections with relevant stakeholderss

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling
  • Familiarity with LMS or academic systems
  • Process-oriented and structured approach
  • Bachelor's degree (Administration, Education, or related field preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in academic operations / administration / data management
  • Freshers with strong execution capability can be considered
  • Experience in EdTech or online learning platforms is an advantage
