The University Partnership Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with universities and academic institutions to create successful collaborations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships, managing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful execution of student-company collaboration projects. The manager will also work closely with internal teams to align organizational goals with partnership strategies.

• Experience in account management and relationship-building to maintain and expand partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in higher education, corporate partnership management, or a similar role is a plus.
