Role Description The University Campus Placements–Director/Associate Director/Sr. Manager will lead and manage all campus placement activities at the Noida campus in an on-site capacity. This role includes developing and executing placement strategies, building and maintaining relationships with recruiting organizations, and coordinating campus recruitment drives across multiple academic departments. The individual will oversee student training for employability skills, organize pre-placement talks, internships, and career counseling sessions, and ensure effective communication between students, faculty, and employers. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring placement performance, preparing reports and dashboards, working closely with academic leadership on industry engagement, and continuously improving placement processes and outcomes. The position is full-time and requires hands-on leadership, stakeholder management, and a strong focus on student success.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Placements & Career Counseling to support students employability, interview readiness, and career planning.
  • Candidates should possess foundational Finance understanding to align placement initiatives with budgets, optimize resources, and interpret compensation structures.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and industry partners.
  • Candidates should demonstrate experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition, preferably in higher education or large organizations.
  • Candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in management, human resources, education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Candidates should have strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency with MS Office and placement management tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
