About AltaraXR Labs

AltaraXR Labs is building immersive, XR-based learning solutions for Indian classrooms. Our flagship product, PrayogshalaXR, offers VR and AR experiences mapped to the NCERT syllabus for classes 6 to 12, covering Science, Mathematics, History, and Geography. Our goal is to bridge the gap between observation and experiential understanding through interactive, research-backed 3D content.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Unity Developer Intern to join our remote development team on a full-time basis. The intern will work alongside experienced developers to build and refine immersive XR experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop immersive XR experiences using Unity and C#
• Assist in implementing game mechanics and interactive features
• Debug and optimize code to ensure smooth performance
• Contribute to product brainstorming and design sessions

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development, preferably with C# and Unity3D
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Not necessary)
• Familiarity with AR/VR development or gameplay mechanics is an advantage.
