Role Responsibilities
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling motor, health insurance policies.
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents.
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped. Licensing, tracking, and activation of the agents.
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them.
- Holding regular meetings with agents, Lead providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
