Job Description

We are hiring FRESHERS at ICICI Lombard General insurance company at Nirmal and Kamareddy, Telangana.

Designation :- Unit sales Manager

Role Responsibilities

Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling motor, health insurance policies.
Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents.
Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped. Licensing, tracking, and activation of the agents.
Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them.
Holding regular meetings with agents, Lead providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
