Responsible for management and development of advisor networks to promote ICICI Prudential insurance products.

Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets.

Recruit, train, and develop quality advisors, positioning life insurance as a long-term career opportunity.

Ensure advisors receive proper training on products, regulations, and sales techniques.

Monitor daily performance and provide guidance for consistent productivity.

Motivate and retain top-performing advisors, while supporting average performers with focused development.

Ensure compliance with all company and IRDAI regulations.
