Overall 1+ years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Banking and capital markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manageteam effectively and become a successful interface between the teamand internal/external customers and/or company
- Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
- Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
- Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
- Should manage daily client meetings

- 5-8 years overall experience and minimum 1 year of Team handling experience
- Domain Should have in-depth knowledge (Knowledge in cost basis, Banking and Capital markets will be an added advantage)
