Job Purpose
Monitor End-to-End business funnel and focusing on increasing the overall traffic of business both organically and inorganically, improving the customer journey and management of notification campaigns in the most effective and efficient manner to enhance business engagement.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Reporting
o Content & Creatives Preparation in alignment with Business & Content Team
o Maintain a mix of sustaining/ performing campaigns with experimentation
o Own and deploy multi-channel orchestration framework for remarketing campaigns
o Own the micro KPIs to manage campaign performance
- Campaign Experimentation (A/B Testing) for growing CTR & enhancements
- Business Performance & Reporting (MIS)
o Identify insights and actionable from the tool kits to deliver core business objectives
- Channel AOP Achievement and identifying growth opportunities
KRA
o Timely execution of Campaigns
o CTR
o Content & Creative Sanity Check
o Analysis & Reporting
- Engagement with respective businesses and Cross functional teams.

Ø Business Team
- Monthly and weekly meetings Business Team covering the following:
o Funnel
o Campaign Performance
o Assisted Framework: Lead Discussions
- Daily MIS & Channel Performance basis attribution & contribution
- Field (Call Center & Field) Lead end to end tracking and continuous improvement in conversions
- Participate in Sales Calls with Call center & Field Team.
- Data Team
o Dashboard: Performance Summary, Entry Points (Users & traffic), Conversion Analysis, Funnel, Page Wise & Event Level Analysis.
o Prospect Modelling for Campaign Targeting (Persona Mapping & Campaign Data Segmentation)
o Platform Analytics with Insights
Ø Content and Creative Team
- Ensure adherence to SOP for raising requirement & ensure the processes are followed on daily basis.
- Raising request for App banners and Nudges, deciding the theme of the banner
- Briefing about the new product propositions which is going live on App so that performance marketing team can get content & creatives on time
- Coordinating with team for regularly updating the banners & content for every event with specific offer
- Banner Changes
o Banner Go Live & Changes (ICORS, Segmented & Static) across different sections.
