Job Purpose
Lead the endtoend Process Automation strategy and delivery for the DMS function, and delivering key tech transformation projects:
- End-to-End workflow for pre-computation,payout computation and invoicing
- End-to-End workflow for partner nomination, enrolment, training and DRA certification
- Compliance calling revamp
- Legal process automation
- Realtime data sync across multiple systems
Duties And Responsibilities
- A Key Accountabilities for the Role
- Delivering key tech transformation projects in process automation
- 1. End-to-End workflow for pre-computation,payout computation and invoicing
- 2. End-to-End workflow for partner nomination, enrolment, training and DRA certification
- 3. Compliance calling revamp
- 4. Legal process automation
- 5. Realtime data sync across multiple systems
- 1) Requirements, Process Design & Documentation
- Capture detailed requirements, map current vs. target process flows (BPMN), and define acceptance criteria.
- Prepare BRDs/user stories, test scenarios, and SOPs under guidance from leads.
- 2) Controls, Compliance & Reporting
- Implement and validate control requirements (data privacy/masking, consent capture, audit logs, SoD).
- Maintain delivery trackers, value realization dashboards, and risk/issues registers.
- B Additional Accountabilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement retrospectives and knowledge shares.
- Monthly Tracker, MNL, KRA & KPIs tracking & publishing to relevent stakeholders in timely manner.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Story reqiurement & test case prioritization, and minor design choices.
- Escalation of data/exception issues and environment constraints.
- Suggestions on reusability and minor process tweaks.
Major Challenges
- Managing multiple dependencies (systems, credentials, data) during builds/tests.
- Ensuring clarity of requirements and test coverage within tight timelines.
- Sustaining solution stability across peak loads and process variations.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications
- Graduate (Engineering preferred). Certifications in RPA tools, BPM/lowcode, SQL/APIs, Lean/Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) desirable.
- Work Experience
- Hands on experience in ZBB, BPR/DPR, Draw.io & process mapping.
- 610 years in process automation delivery/BA within BFSI or highvolume operations.
- Strong analytical skills, documentation discipline, and familiarity with control requirements.
