Role Description

This full-time, on-site Unit Manager role is based in Rajkot. The Unit Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team to achieve business targets and ensure superior customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving customer satisfaction are core aspects of the role.
