Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role based in Indore. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless execution of business processes. This role involves handling client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, mentoring team members, and contributing to business growth by delivering exceptional performance.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, target achievement, and customer relationship management
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification; MBA or additional certifications in management would be a plus
