Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties And Responsibilities

•  Responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners from healthcare industry, multispecialty hospitals and partners in elective domain
•  Responsible for onboarding partners in new identified business streams e.g. pharmacy and diagnostic chains
•  Responsible for managing end to end solution for partners onboarding – legal, product, operations etc
•  Responsible for managing assigned key accounts of LCF
•  Accountable for driving Business transactions from national partners assigned
•  Drive engagement with assigned partners
•  Design and run partners offer & stimulation campaigns for increase transactions at key accounts managed
•  Engagement with Marketing, Analytics and Product teams to drive campaign efficiency metrics.
•  Monitoring of all campaigns, and publish MIS by MOD, Product Category, Business, Risk profiles etc.
•  Reconcile accounts with key accounts managed and collect NOC every month
  
  

Required Qualifications And Experience

•  Should have a MBA with 3-5 years of work experience
•  Should have experience in business development and key accounts management
•  Prior experience in Campaign management is an added advantage
•  Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
•  Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills
•  High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
