Job Description

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Mantri

Job Purpose

  •  We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Functional Analyst who can efficiently coordinate between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders to identify and finalize areas for implementing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) without impacting existing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid requirement elicitation abilities, and a good understanding of technical implementation and project management

Duties And Responsibilities


  •  Act as a bridge between technical delivery heads and business users to understand functional processes and technical feasibility.
  •  Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and discussions to identify areas suitable for BCP implementation.
  •  Analyze business workflows to ensure proposed continuity plans do not disrupt current operations.
  •  Document detailed business and functional requirements, process flows, and impact assessments.
  •  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of agreed continuity strategies.
  •  Support technical teams in translating business needs into system requirements and technical specifications.
  •  Track project deliverables, risks, timelines, and dependencies through effective project management practices.
  •  Communicate project updates, roadblocks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for BCP-related solutions

Key Decisions / Dimensions

  •  No major decision to be made. Suggestions and changes will be vet through senior management

Major Challenges


  •  Demanding and unrealistic timelines. Identifying workaround to make sure development timelines are not impacting overall quality of delivery.

Required Qualifications And Experience


  •  Qualifications
  •  Educational – Graduate. Preferred engineer.
  •  Understanding of Sales Force architecture will be advantage.
  •  Work Experience
  •  3–4 years of experience in a techno-functional, business analyst, or project coordination role.
  •  Strong understanding of technical implementation workflows and system integrations.
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.
  •  Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
