• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Financial Advisors.
• Drive sales growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Coach and mentor advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships by offering suitable financial protection and wealth solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and business development activities.
• Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to branch growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
