Role Description

The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality confectionery products. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, monitoring inventory, coordinating supply chain operations, and implementing processes for optimizing production. The role also requires maintaining customer satisfaction by achieving quality and performance objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.

Qualifications

• Team management and leadership abilities, including scheduling and supervising staff
• Knowledge of food production processes, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
• Strong understanding and application of quality control and food safety standards
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make operational decisions
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and customers effectively
• Experience in the food production or confectionery industry is a plus
• Proficiency in budgeting and performance goal-setting
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields
