### **Job Description Unit Manager (UM)**

* Manage and develop the Agency Channel to promote life insurance products

* Responsible for revenue generation and achievement of assigned business targets

* Recruit quality advisors by presenting long-term career opportunities

* Ensure advisors receive proper training on products, regulations, and sales processes

* Monitor daily activities and performance of advisors

* Motivate and retain high-performing advisors

* Provide guidance, coaching, and support to average performers for improvement
