Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Unit Manager to lead our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the unit, driving performance improvements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the unit and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor financial performance of the unit and assist in budget preparation and cost control measures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-6 years of experience in a managerial role or relevant experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with financial management and budget preparation.
