We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Unit Manager / Center Manager to lead and manage our preschool center in Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing daily center operations, and ensuring high-quality educational delivery while leading and motivating the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets for the center
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool
- Manage and lead teaching and non-teaching staff effectively
- Ensure smooth parent engagement and address concerns professionally
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with HR on staffing, attendance, and performance management
- Monitor academic quality and operational standards
- Prepare reports and manage documentation using MS Office and HR systems
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Preschool Center Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
