Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager/Agency Manager based in New Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of advisors, planning and driving sales strategies to achieve business targets, promoting health insurance products, and ensuring consistent performance and customer satisfaction. Regular coordination with stakeholders and implementing training and development plans for advisors will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability in team management, mentoring, and motivation
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills, particularly in insurance or a related domain
• Proficiency in understanding and implementing effective sales strategies
• Ability to work proactively, plan effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the health insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
