Strong knowledge of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures
Leadership and team management skills to supervise staff effectively
Ability to manage operations, patient scheduling, and workflow efficiently
Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and hospital compliance standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, staff, and doctors
Ability to maintain accurate documentation, patient records, and reporting
Experience in inventory management and procurement of dialysis consumables
Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and record-keeping
Ability to handle emergency situations and patient complications
