Role Description

The Unit Head TPA role is a full-time on-site position based in Kalyan Dombivli. The responsibilities include supervising and managing the operations of the Third Party Administration (TPA) department, ensuring the smooth processing of claims, and serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. This role involves coordinating with insurers, corporate clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless transaction management, adherence to compliance requirements, and continuous quality improvement in services provided.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Health Insurance, TPA processes, and claim management
• Proficient in leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve queries efficiently
• Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and compliance standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for monitoring department performance
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or TPA operations, with progressive management responsibilities, is preferred
