Role
The role holder will be responsible for strategic, operational, and people leadership of the unit, ensuring efficient delivery of banking operations, compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and high-quality service outcomes. Also managing the unit to execute a wide spectrum of defined banking operations processes with high standards of accuracy, and service delivery. The role oversees end‑to‑end functional ownership of Credit Cards Operations, ATM Operations, Prepaid Operations, Commercial Cards Operations, Interchange & Settlement Operations, General Ledger Reconciliations, GST Operations, Cash Management Operations, and Merchant Enablement Operations. The role demands strong ownership of performance, process excellence, risk management, and stakeholder engag
